AC Blower Whine

Started getting this whine when running my AC. The whine is constant - doesn't change with acceleration . Becomes louder/quieter when increasing or lowering the speed of the fan. Any idea if I need a new blower motor or if there is just something stuck in there? I took the cabin filter off and couldn't see anything obstructing the fan.

You can replace the blower assy -Or you can simply lubricate the shaft sleeve bearings with 2 drops of engine oil... as good as new in 10mn!
Nothing to loose...

While enjoying yourself under there... replace/remove your cabin filter. The blower ballast needs air flow to cool itself...
