Steering Vibration - Suggestion Needed

Hi All,
I recently got brand new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires for my 2016 W205, Base model car.
The steering vibrates when I am at around 70mph. Checked wheel balancing and alignment and everything is good.

Old tires Config: Continental Pro Contact
245/40 R18 97H
225/45 R18 95H

New tires Config: Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4
245/40 R18 97Y
225/45 R18 95Y

No modification were done to my car other than adding mud flaps to my car after I got new tires.
What could possible cause this? No history of accidents and all services done on time

The tire pressure is on a label on the inside of your driver door sill.

Your gascap door also has the PSI for the tires for normal load and max load. I tend to keep all my tires around the 37-38psi mark.

Same thing happened with me when I got my new tires installed, I checked the tire pressure and were way too high (40 in the fronts and 49 in the back).
