Repeated Injector Failure/Cracking on a 2015 C250 (W205)

A desperation call of sorts. The dealer is flabbergasted with this one and fails to formulate a clear course of action for fixing the issue. Even reaching out to Germany to the factory did not result in a clear answer. A fuel leak was traced to a cracked injector nozzle, was replaced twice, and twice again the newly installed injectors had the nozzles crack within a few miles of driving off the lot. No problems (leaks) with the other injectors whatsoever, no engine check or error messages that could trace the problems to another place... Help!!!

this is the 1.8L turbo I4 correct?

Have they bore scoped the injector tube? I suspect either some kind of debris or malformed/poorly machined cylinder head where the injector seats into the head.

No, it's the 2.0 liter 211 HP engine. Their focus was mostly on the pressure gauge, which to me doesn't explain the physical damage to the same injector 3 times in a row...

I’m with TwoC400s. The bore in the cylinder head may be misaligned which is putting the injector under tension when it is screwed into the head. Eventually with heat cycling and tension the injector cracks.
