Turbonproblem P0299
Ive got this code along with a transmission code y3/8n4. How do I know if this the wastegate or something else? How is the transmission effected by this?

Anyone have idea? The solenoid is fine, i don't see why ta faulty turbine would be an underboost situation.

I am not sure if this is even related but since no one seems to be replying yet, check the vaccum check valve. If that doesn't solve your issue I will try looking further and see if I have other suggestions.
