I can't tell, is this car tuned? It's likely the engine torque fault that is causing this. Something's wrong with your tune/engine, so it can't correctly determine the amount of torque it makes and therefore it likely reverts to the Comfort throttle map as a precaution as that is the safest throttle map. You gonna have to sort out why you are getting these faults. If the engine is tuned, then it's likely an issue with the tune. If it's not tuned then something else is going on, such as a faulty sensor.

It can be coded to 4 hours memory of chosen mode (for 9G box).

This code doesn't have to do with OP's issue though, I seen many W205 have this and it is a stored code but it doesn't actually affect the functionality of the vehicle. The fix for this was simply a software update via XENTRY.
Found a XENTRY TIPS document for that code actually, again, nothing to do with OP's issue and can safely ignore without impairing the vehicle's function.
my GOD, found out the issue.
i have an android unit with SIM card, and i also have the GSM antenna, but was the worse place possible, too close to the NTG and the back cables.
now is far away possible from NTG and never got the issue again

I didn't even realize that you are the same person who is having issues with the flickering video and sounds like it was due to the same issue. First place to start with any random issues are the aftermarket modifications.

this one was not easy. Because the issue was caused by Electromagnetic Coupling ... and NOT by any equipment malfunction / bugs / software... the solution was just to move the GSM antenna has far away from NTG

Same thing. Interference from aftermarket equipment is not unusual. As an electrical and computer engineer I can tell you that signal interference can cause all kinds of random issues. I'm surprised that the vendor of this Android Unit didn't point out to not place the GPS receiver too close to existing components.

What about OP's stored code though, isn't that still related to their tune?
Possibly, unless the GPS receiver interfered with the ECU etc. as well.
for GPS im using car antenna, i used a splitter cable. car GPS and android GPS are both working
in 2021 i asked to a company to tune my car, thats why i have the error message, i have to fix that too

So that code does have to do with the tune hopefully they figure it out, what is the tuning company?

putting the phone in the door, my Dynamic Select never reset again.
That is some strange interference since I always put my phone in the cup holder and never have issues. That looks like a Oneplus phone (the never settle was their slogan), they were once a big hit in Canada and now there are too many options (talking about Canada specifically).
before that i had a oneplus 9 pro, and with that phone i had no problems.
maybe gsm from pixel 7 pro is stronger...
