Looking for some advice on a persistent SRS issue with my Mercedes W205 C-Class. The car is throwing the following fault: "Right Front Door Crash Sensor There is a short circuit to positive or an open circuit (B009615)."
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Replaced the right front door crash sensor with a brand-new Mercedes part.
Cleared the codes using Xentry, but the fault returns instantly.
Visually inspected the wiring and connectors – no obvious damage or corrosion found.
I have also checked fuses.
Still no luck getting rid of the fault. Has anyone had experience with this specific issue on the W205? Is there any other sensor, maybe I have the wrong one.

Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated before I book it into the dealer.

Hi Sambam2006, my GL is having the same issue and i have done the same stuff you have done with out any luck. I wanted to know if you were able to fix the issue and what was the cause of this problem. Thank you for your help!
