Ordering a 2022 C300 Need Help Please

Hi, I'm new to the Forum.
First off I would like to thank Wassaby for starting the thread,

2022 C300 Sedan/Coupe/Convertible Ordering Guides, I would never have been able to get started without this guide. As of June 21st, even my dealer in Canada didn't have this guide!

Please understand, I have just started my research, and I will seek the advise and expertise of those more knowledgeable than me.
The colour I've decided on is the 890 - Lunar Blue Metallic. I wanted the dark blue that I have seen on W205's. Is this the same blue, and how does it compare to, 595 - Nautical Blue offered on the S Class?
Help me get going....
Please offer your opinions on must have options.

Thanks for your input.

Canada is a different market so you should expect different packages/options than what is in the US PDF in that post.
Nautical Blue is a new color on the S so you may not find much about it.

Nautical Blue is an old color for Mercedes. IIRC it is lighter than Lunar BLue

I realize that Canada’s market may be slightly different, but this guide gives me a good starting point of what’s available

You might also want to take a look at the actual MB Canada website to see what'll be available for the Canadian market. That will give you the most accurate information for your specific market as the MBUSA website only deals with the U.S. market. I also agree that the lunar blue is darker than the nautical blue. My W201 has the forerunner color which was the midnight blue with palomino interior. I think that interior color is now called saddle. I admit I'm biased but it's a stunning color combination that will show off your W206 really well. I was just looking at the media website for MBUSA and they're saying that the W208 will arrive in the U.S. the first half of next year. My guess would be that'll probably be when the Canadian W206s will also arrive. Happy shopping. Can't wait to see a picture once you take delivery.

In Canada, there’s a colour called Cavansite Blue, would this be the same as Lunar Blue?
I actually like the fact that it’s a dark blue, almost a black.
Yes I believe a saddle interior would go great with this colour.

Correct. They share the same paint code 890.

Head Up Display

Has anyone got the Head Up display and what are your thoughts?
On the 2022 C class, will this only be available with the Pinnacle trim, or will it be offered as options with the Premium and Exclusive trim lines?

If you wear polarized sunglasses, I’d recommend passing on the HUD. You won’t be able to see it unless you tilt your head about 20 degrees.

Hi, My name is Juan from Ancaster (Toronto suburb) in Canada. I have a W205, and I have pre-ordered a W206 sedan coming in early spring 2022. My dealer guy called me today and later send me some written information (codes) from the possible packages for the Canadian market (unofficial). I will compare the MBUSA and modified the pdf file with checkmarks to share it with you.
cheers
Juan

Thanks Juan, I appreciate it. My dealer wants me to preorder too, but seriously I didn’t see the point.
The dealer didn’t have any information about the 2022 C-Class and wanted me to preorder based on the 2021. I failed to see how this was possible as 2022 is a new generation. There are so many changes I’ve seen based on the US order guide, including changes to colours.
Anyway I really look forward to getting any information on the Canadian version.

I have the heads up display on my C43. It is always on, and I have had it for 3 years, and still look down at the speedo. It doesn't distract me, I just forget it's there...

PHYBENZ, Would you purchase the Head Up option, if you had to do it again? I’m just trying to gauge if this is a worthwhile option. Thanks

I had Heads Up display on my GT53. I would not order a car with it. If a car came with it on the lot, no big deal. I also forget to look at it. I think it's because few other cars have it, so I always look at the speedometer out of habit. If all cars had heads-up displays, then sure...

It looks like the U.S. and Canadian order guides for the new W206 are pretty similar which I find pretty interesting.
