Note: The Coupe and Cabriolet are for the previous generation (205).
Here is a clearer trim levels image for the Sedan:

Please keep in mind that Coupe and Convertible production will be very short for this model year.
Much like the S Class coupe and convertible, once production is done the cars will be discontinued.
If you want one, get your order in NOW

Has it been confirmed 22 will officially be the last MY for the C Coupe/Vert?

It also looks to me like the 2022 C class coupe and cabriolet are still the W205 configuration and NOT the new W206 version so know that going in for anyone who wants to buy a 2022 c class coupe or cabriolet.

Yes, because there isn't going to be a W206 version for the coupe and convertible.
MB did the same thing with the 2021 S Class Coupe and convertible.
Buildout for the old model, no new model planned

I have not seen or read Mercedes-Benz officially stating this though. I asked my dealer and they said they will make one.

From history they generally aren't launched at the same time.

MB has no plans for a C206 or A206 replacement. The E coupe/vert will merge with the C into a “CLE” coupe/vert

I think the "CLE" concept is dead too.

Good question since most likely the led lights in the door handles have been removed like all the new models.

I hadn't heard Mercedes state they weren't not doing it.

So it seems a 206 coupe/cabrio will happen

Thanks for the guide. I started another thread about it here in the forum. I am hoping this guide is just a early version. It was my understanding from what I had read and seen elsewhere that the new (W206) C-Class was supposed to offer the option of rear heated seats, and a regular AMG appearance option, along with a AMG "Night" option. No mention of the regular AMG appearance option. Hope these 2 items appear in a later, updated version of the guide. With regards to the AMG Night package, I am not a big fan of black side mirrors on a car that isn't painted black to begin with, as I am not wanting a car in black paint.

Another thing I noticed. Different sizes of tires for the front and rear. Wonder what issues that may cause with regards to the usual tire rotation? Swapping the front tires with the rear and vice-versa.

Thanks for the updated version. It doesn't seem to address the questions I have about the rear heated seats and regular AMG package. Am I missing something?

Also, I am wondering if the car will have rear side/torso airbags fitted as standard safety equipment of as an option?

Here is what I found out.
The code for heated front seats is 873, and heated rear seats is 872. Code 872 may not be configurable on US builds. I see it on the German configurator.
Additionally, the German configurator has options for the AMG Line exterior, and Night Package. You can order one without the other. Unfortunately, it appears MBUSA has elected to combine both packages at this time.

The extra rear airbags are also an option (293) in Germany.

What I would suggest is asking your dealer if they see an option for rear heated seats (872), and rear airbags (293) in the NetStar ordering system.

Rear side airbags are an option. Don't see rear heated seats

I find it odd that Mercedes is not offering heated rear seats (even as an option) here in the US. I know that both BMW and Audi offer heated rear seats in their models that will be competing directly with the new C-Class. And, in the case of the Audi A4 the heated rear seats are standard equipment on the Prestige level. Hopefully (and maybe) an updated revision to the order guide will include the option?

Additionally, Audi offers Rear Side Airbags as an option.

Maybe you should contact MBUSA and make them aware of these equipment differences with the direct arch-rival competition and see what they say? Maybe if enough W206 customers point out this issue, they might do something about it? Just a thought.

Send an email to MBUSA (mercedes_benz@mailac.custhelp.com) and see if they can offer any insight regarding the seats.

mercedesmax (a dealer rep) says the extra airbags are an option, so you can get them even though they aren't listed in the guide right now.

They added "Rear Trim, Chrome" and "First Aid Kit" as new VPC Installed Options.
