So if no navigation, the instrument cluster screen will not show map view?

That is correct.

However, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay is standard on all US W206s.

As already stated, that is correct.

Released doesn't mean your car is at your dealership, it means that from now on they can be moved from VPC to your dealership.

I’m curious, does this mean that they will begin arriving at dealerships soon?

Official MSRP is still not on mbusa or my dealers website (even though I’ve had my MSRP for weeks now) lol
