Does the 2023 C 300 support "Hey Mercedes"

2023 C 300
Does the 2023 C 300 support "Hey Mercedes"
I just bought a new 2023 C 300 Coupe. The salesperson was telling me I can do voice with the "Hey Mercedes" once they activate the Mercedes me connect? They did activate it, but the car doesn't respond to "Hey Mercedes". Does the car really support this or was the sales person full of it? I don't see anything in the menus about it, unless I'm looking in the wrong place. I do have the voice button on the steering wheel and I can use some voice commands on that ...

Probably the wrong forum as this one is for W206 Sedans. Your 2023 Coupe is a C205.

The Coupe is the last generation car with the old COMMAND system, no hey Mercedes

My wifes did not come with the hey mercedes functionality even though we were told it did. It cannot be retrofitted. Buyer beware

Actually, it can be retrofitted just that the cost might not be worth it and it is a third party retrofit using OEM parts. You also get MBUX replacing COMAND so maybe it is worth it or maybe not.

Lol... yeah, my sales person told me the same, but he couldn't demo it cuz he said it was tied to Mercedes Me which wasn't active.
