I only have these two screens regarding engine oil and I'm afraid to say that engine oil is added as that will maybe cause issues but not likely furthermore not like Felix's car i don't have anything regarding engine oil in vehicle data

I guess we don't have enough info at the moment.
I can say, that i'm in Poland and my car is from Polish distribution network, made in South Africa, My2021, AMG package (including interior, so has i.e. Sport+ mode and sound actuator/artificial engine sound). Would have to check software version for other modules, but MBUX is on 2.6.1 (and upgrade from 2.4 to 2.6.1 didn't change options in service menu).
