Engine temps
For coding, you kind of can't right now as third party coders don't have the licensing to code these vehicles yet.
That said, doesn't the scale also shows numerical values maybe not exact but there are approximate temperatures?

Here is something you could try, go to workshop menu (yes the same menu so you can access to reset service interval, instead of going to ASSYST PLUS, go to Vehicle data, see if it shows it). Hopefully it does
Once you activated service menu, it won't hide it until next ignition cycle. Doors needs to be closed, windows, trunk, hood, windows. Key in position 1 (1 press without foot on brake) and display needs to be showing trip with odometer.
There's no coolant temp in the service menu, but oil temp is there. Exact temp.
Just go to data, where you found 12v battery data, and start scrolling up or down. There are different screens with different data, and on the last screen (if scrolling down) there is oil temp.
Actually i recently checked that, when checking oil level after maintenance.

There is quite many of those screen with software versions etc.
Or you can try scrolling up once from initial screen, that should also work.
My car is from 2021. It is possible that they made some changes to the software, although it would be strange decision to remove this information, especially that it is kind of important for maintenance.
