What's the point in the location based charging programmes? All you seem to be able to change is quick charge on/off and release the cable.
Am I missing something?

 

In a perfect world, you can have access to charging outside the home at locations you visit frequently like your workplace or gym.

At work, there might be a higher per kW/h rate than at home so you can set a lower SOC to offset some cost. At the gym, you would benefit from enabling fast charging since you're only there for 1-2 hours. At home, you might benefit from time-of-use rates so you set up a charging schedule to align with non-peak rate times.

The location based charging is meant to automate the different settings you would enable at each location like maximum charge, fast-charging, and schedule-based charging for your convenience.

 

Right, cheers got it. Are the charge interruptions unique to each location? They seems to be common to all 3 programmes when I was trying to set it up
