2012 cls63 prices paid
Hey guys just picked up my cls63 yesterday. Wondering what kind of deals people are getting. I got mine for about 10k under msrp. I actually just happen to be at the shop when they were taking it off the trailer. I have heard people paying msrp but what kind of deals did you guys get? And could I have gotten more?

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
$10K off of MSRP, at this early stage of the car's release, is not typical to say the least.
This amount puts it under invoice.
I doubt someone could walk into the same dealership and get this exact deal again. I don't think we have the complete story here.

i got mine for a crazy ME price. LOL 180k but then, i ordered every option on the list available.
i don't know why, but when we see MB cars and even AMGs that are imported from US, they have way less options than ME specs.
i don't know why !!!! maybe to save some $$$ on US buyers.

Just placed an order on a 2012 P30 CLS AMG for $700 over invoice. I am happy with that even thought it sounds like it could have been lower. In terms of the earlier post about $10K under stick, that sounds like about invoice on a well optioned car. My deal is $9,300 under sticker.

I got my 06 55 in 07 for $15k off MSRP and I was jumping with joy. But that was 1 MY old.
$10K off at this time is very suprising to say the least.

why get all excited about this "deal"?
I would say prove it. Zag is showing very little discount in N. California area for CLS550 and CLS63. And in Los Ageles, Zip 90011, Zag show a 5000 discount on an 82K msrp CLS550. I will call those claim for big discount bull at this point. At a minimum, show us picture of your car, names of the dealership etc.. There is a lot of troll in different forum that claim to have bought/lease car and get a really hugh discount. They just tried to make the current owner feel bad about their purchase... This is a forum about CLS afterall. If you make those good deal, why don't you show us your car as well.. What is there to hide?

Thanks for the heads-up on Zag, a really great source. Although it is hard to believe, for Northern CA area I do see 2 purchases for the 2012 CLS 63 for about $9-10K under sticker. Average is about $1K under sticker, as many paid well over sticker.

My deal is very simple: $1000 off of MSRP (not invoice) on a 115K optioned car. It was a cash deal, so there are no interest rate manipulation here (eg bigger discount off of MSRP but higher interest rate).
I know MB of Silver Star (Thousand oaks) are willing to give a higher discount on their CLS63, but they only have one car in stock to choose from and I didn't want that color. Also, that car doesn't have the PP or any of the nicer options.

Turns out it was just a deal for me. I have been purchasing cars from them for years. Actually had a friend go an try to purchase the same car but got turned away with only $4000 off sticker.
