MCT Transmission Feel Low Speeds
Periodically it feels like my transmission vibrates a bit when I am at a low speed. Best way to describe it is that it feels like driving a manual tranmission car when you engage too high of a gear for the speed you're at. Vibration feeling only lasts for a short moment until a lower gear is selected.
Anyone else experience this? I'm hoping it's normal and that my brand new car doesn't already have a problem!

Are you in C mode whenit happens? I experienced a similar thing this morning in a 13 c63. But only in C mode when the revs were very low ( under 2000) and lugging the engine.

Same here, I have '11 E63. I think C mode on this MCT tranny car is a bit annoying especially at low speed going through local with traffic lights. IMO S or S+ is the way to go and might as well tune the car to remap the ECU.

Why would you drive in C mode.... its like granny mode for this car and defeats the purpose of the MCT IMHO.... your shift speeds are slower and the shifts are earlier too. There is no better mode than S+ to really enjoy a 500 hp plus car.

C mode starts the car out in 2nd gear and skips 1st gear. Not good for spirited driving but good for stop and go congested traffic. Have not noticed any of the noises you are describing. Maybe you are lugging the engine a bit while it's rolling from a stop? Try giving it some more gas and see what happens.
