How many 2012 CLS 63 AMGs were built?
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have a legit reference for how many CLS 63 AMGs were built in 2012? I searched the archives and found some info about the CLS 55 AMG, but no info for CLS 63s. I also scoured Daimler's website without success. Thanks for your help.

Hi All,
I have been in LA for 4 days now from Hong Kong. I have seen many Porsches but not one W218! I was hoping to see more brothers on the street and found none. Am I looking in the wrong place? I was just in Beverly Hills for dinner yesterday.

I got one!
I drive mine daily... All over LA and Coastal OC, see maybe 1 CLS63 AMG every month or two... rare around deez parts

In West Palm, I see a CLS almost everyday, and it seems that 2 out of 3 are 63s. Also the local dealer told me CLS63s are now out selling E63s.

Odd indeed. I see about 2-3 CLS' per day (Beverly Hills/Century City/Santa Monica). They're all black and I have always expected to see more in these parts. I see 1 CLS63 every week max. And it's always a white one - probably same guy.

I see very few around here. The people here are more conservative and tend to buy S class and Bentleys.
I would be interested as well to know how many CLS63 are produced and in the US.

I picked this up form a thread either MB form or Amg forum, A AMG group is meeting in Orlando and driving over to this. 200 European cars showed up last year.
I may go directly there, but still not sure.

This thread = derailed. I think a good source might be AMG Private Lounge for this question. If you've never visited their site, it's basically a forum run by AMG and you get responses from actual AMG engineers and other people at AMG in the know.
