I liked the Nittos but they wore out fast. Falkens are garbage. The Hankooks I haven't used before but I know they're really good bang for the buck as many of my friends have used them. They're not the stickiest but they're not bad either.

Hankook V12s....I've been running them for 6 months and for the price I am happy with them. +1 on Falkens being garbage tires...have experience with them and will never buy again

You bought a high end vehicle like the CLS63 and you are going to be cheap about tires.
I am sorry but it would be like buying a top of the line amplifier and then going to Best Buy for cheap speakers.
Go do yourself a favor and buy some Michelin PSS.

I agree with most of the posts above... since you limited your choices I wont tell you to get whats not on the list (pss or ps2).
Id go with Ventus 12. The CLS is not a sports car-its a GT cruiser with some sports car characteristics. The average/normal driver will not push this car to its extremes and the V12's are perfect choice for price and performance. Obviously you can spend more and get more but depending on how you drive your results will be negligible at best.
I had the V12's on my CLS because I had it lowered and the PSS's are a very square tire which would cause rubbing. Trust me, I drive like a bat out hell hitting 140 plus at least a few times per day where I reside (mexico). I have pushed these tires to the limits on high spend bends (over 110mph) sharp corners. They are fine- the suspension (shocks, springs) and chasis control more of the car's ability to push it to the extremes along with the steering rack. On my CLS I was wearing out tires due to my driving style and drop probably every 5-6k miles. The V12's are simple easy replacement and I dont track the car. I also had them on my E63 wagon.
On my Pcar Id only run the best tires, but this turbo could also be considered a gt car. I drive this car much harder and closer to the extremes so PS2's are my choice (oem issue).
And on my M5 the OEM tire is a PSS so Im happy.

What Vic said. Car has traction control and tires are not so critical as some make it.
I tracked my CLS with Conti's and had no issue at all. They worked great. Electronics were kicking in and tightening my seat belt and windows rolling up but tires were sticking.
V12 is also good, had those on my Honda s2000 track car and they work fine.
Yes, there are better stickier tires out there but for most part you don't really need it unless doing some extreme driving.

Running Vossen 20's with Invo's. Also, have Invo's on another car strictly for traction. They are not noisy?? Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on another and don't see any difference between the two. My 2 cents.

Hard to say as Ive never run both sets of tires on the same car....My P car has a lot of tq drag due to the way I launch it so the PS2's are wearing rather quickly (4k miles). I would guess base on treadwear ratings that the V12's will last longer.

Great advice Vic.
We ran Nitto Invo on our Vossen Project CLS 63 and were happy with it. It does wear depending on how you drive

I can only advise on the Continentals vs the PSS, as I went from the stock Continentals to the Michelin. PGordon888 said it exactly best, there is a remarkable difference going from one to the other. Plus the Continentals failed catastrophically, cracking at the sidewall-face join area and cracking down each tread groove. The Continentals were also very slick, they would turn over at even light throttle input. The Michelins hook up pretty good. They can be still broken loose of course, but it takes more power now to do it, which is quite better. Also, no more wheel hop, quieter, smoother, just feels much better.
