CLS 63 at Drag strip 10.92 sec 1/4 mile
Ran my CLS 63 Renntech tuned on dragstrip Sunday.
On Michelin 305 s super sports. Wheels slip and car need airboxes.

Ran my CLS 63 2012 Renntech Tuned car at drag strip Sunday.
Car need more tire and bigger air boxes. Michelin SS 305s slip to much!

1.7's is pretty good for a CLS

Awesome run....incredible to have that 4 door sedan in the 10's!

Incredible time. Congrats.
The new 4matic E and CLS should take a few more tenths off that 1/4 mile.
Hopefully, the 4wd system will not rob power up top. This is my dilemna right now. I am being offered such a sweet deal on a 13 CLS and I wonder how the AWD will affect the dynamics of the car.

I ve got a rear drag setup for sale. $400 shipped. Do a search in the parts for sale section for pics and info.
10sec car with a 1.8 60ft is pretty impressive.
What's the not mentioned mod???

Might I ask why you didn't use launch control? Is it that it puts to much stress on the OEM axle?
