I can't wait, but I just found out that I will be re-stationed next year to Oahu, Hawaii. Now the question is do I want to get it before I leave or wait until I get there. I don't want to wait to long because I would hate it if Mercedes do a facelift on it that looks like the new E63. I think just from reading the specs. the S-Model is going to be a beast.

Yeah I know it was the CLA45, I was stating that I didn't like the look of the new E63 (the picture which you have posted). The new facelift looks off to me, if they plan on putting a front end that's similar to what on the E63 I would be very disappointed.

I can't wait to put in my order!!!
Being in the military, plus being a member of The United Services Automobile Association (USAA), I can get a pretty good discount if I use their "Car Buying Program". On the 2013 CLS63, I could save almost $5600.00 off the total cost of the car so I'm trying to wait until MBUSA releases the actual build information to them so I can use their program and take advantage of their discount. Additionally if I use them for the loan, I can get anywhere from .25 to 1.00% off the interest rate.
So I'm strongly thinking about doing a European Delivery so I can double dip on the discount and go back to Europe to visit with a few friends and visit some of the sites I missed when I was stationed in Germany.

I was thinking of a Euro delivery but the discount that I had negotiated with my dealer would have gone away.
They advised that there are no discount on Euro delivery because the car is sold directly by MB not by your independent dealer.
Not sure how much of this was BS. Let me know what you find out.

Yeah sounds like some BS to me, I think as long as the car is on the list of eligible vehicles under the European Delivery Program (EDP) then you should get the 7% discount. Right now the CLS63 is not listed, but since it haven't been officially released yet that's understandable. Hopefully it will make the list, but with the discount that USAA offers I will still do very well.

The 7% discount for Euro delivery given by MB USA does not apply to AMGs. That I know for a fact. The car is eligible for Eurodelivery but no discount. They figure you don't need it if you are buying an AMG lol.

I'm not sure that no AMGs is factual. On the link that I included from MBUSA, it has at least four AMG models on the list. The only limitation I see listed is that the designo options are not available.

Things may have changed since my 2009 C63 purchase but I would not bet on the website being correct. Obviously, a call to your dealer or MB USA will get you the right answer.
