ECU or Wheels- what to do?

ECU or Wheels- what to do?
So I'm in a bit of an indecisive situation right now.
I want to get a set of 20's for the CLS63 but I also want to get the ECU tuned.
All in all it'll be about the same $3k to spend.
So the question is:
1) Stay with the stock tune knowing it's still pretty monstrous and replacing the wheels so visually the car stands out
or
2) Keep the stock 19's on it which still look good and unleashing the beast under the hood with a Kleemann, Renntech, or other tune
What would you do if given the choice?

Also, I've read where they can cause a shake in the wheels at speed. Does anyone know this to be true?
