Welcome to the forum. Plenty of W218 owners run aftermarket wheels and tires. Do a little searching in this forum and check out the picture thread (above) for ideas.

Are those 19s. I think im probably going to lean towards 20s from the pics ive seen on that link

I have 2012 cls63
Front tires is 265-35-19 and rear is 305-30-19. No problem

You're running 305's on the stock rear wheels no problem? If so that's awesome that they actually fit. Can you feel any increase in traction from from the normal 285's? Also, what brand are they?

Yes it's a big difference, you can tell. I use Bridgestone potenza s-04 pole , very quiet tires
