That setup at times will give bad under steer as the 8.5 is small on 20 inch .,,cls can take some really aggressive setups as I had gone threw a bunch to know of hand..

wheel setup and height changes the character of handling.8.5 for a 20 is tiny,,should be min 9 to 9.5

Fronts are 255/30 R20 and the rears are 295/30 R20. Works well with the 8.5/10.0 (not 10.5 I had noted above)
Many have done this with no issues.

You don't understand or defense someone pointed out about your setup..8.5 and 10 are small for this car on 20 inch fyi..The proper setup is 9. to 9.5 and 10.5 11 rear..Cls has a really wide rear base and front and requires a wide setup to react best or else you won't really feel the handling it's got over other older amg cars ..It handles very good and less body roll when lowered at the same time...If you feel 8.5 and 10 are good for you then great ..
