Carbon fiber interior trim---PICS!
We just had this CLS55 in for some Kleemann mods and we installed this very cool carbon fiber interior. It really changed the whole character of the car. We build a lot of custom carbon fiber interior pieces here so we know nice pieces when we see them and this was some of the nicest.

This kit was brought to us by the customer.....it came from Europe. I don't know the price, we installed it. We can do the pieces if you supply the factory wood pieces.

Gives the car a very low-end look to me for some reason. I have the full CF option in my GT2 and it comes accross better. Maybe a CF steering wheel and a few other options might help. Not sure. Here's the interior of my GT2.

The wood just didn't fit the character of the car once we added the KLEEMANN K2 parts and charcoal wheels. Carbon was a much better match for a car putting out the power that this one does.

Perhaps I'm showing my ignorance but.....
Isn't the purpose of using carbon fiber to lighten the car? When you laminate the factory pieces it defeats the purpose?
It does look nice though...

I have a hard time with the CF parts. Because you either KNOW what CF is, or you don't. Those who don't know what CF is, think it just looks like a strange design on a car's dash. Ask any woman...
Those who know what what CF is, probably also know what is in most cars is just Carbon Fiber LOOKING stuff and not the real thing...
What it offers is a look that is a bit "different".
