Automobilemag.com still calling for CLS65 621hp monster!!??

This info was in their CLS whacks the M6 article I am posting in another thread. I thought the 65 was dead.....wow, that would be incredible.

Article

BMW will introduce a lightweight M6 CSL with about 550 hp and an even more powerful M6 GTR track special. Over at AMG, look for a 503-hp CLS63 AMG and a positively steroidal, 621-hp CLS65 AMG.

Yeah, but if Europe and US cars were all the same, we'd all be driving righty.

It could happen for us power hungry evil Americans.

Course the question is.....would you guys pay 120-140K US for a 621 hp CLS car. It's gonna be a special edition like the S65.

It better be an all around performing monster to spend that kind of cash. Lots of HP aint enough.

I wonder why so many people have this misconception

The only people driving right hand vehicles are the Brits, British colonies, Japan and a few other countries in Asia.

Right now I would settle for one with a 030 package. A fully loaded CLS with 030 has an MSRP in the vicinity of $110k. So, 130-140 wouldn’t be that much more for that much more power.
