Cause it's a scam, he'll tell you the car is probably in England and he's selling it for his dead relative but you must pay for it by an escrow of his choosing, I've gone thru this with a few sellers already, told them I would show up with CASH, not a check actual CASH if they let me examine the car for 10 minutes and show up with a title in thier hand and didnt get a response, they preferred an escrow account

the pictures are from a dealer in chicago, I remember seeing the a few months back. Some dealerships do use cls 55's and the likes for demos, the dealer owners and gm's use them.

a 2006 with 100,000 miles and accident history wouldn't sell for $48K, let a lone a typical 5000 mile clean demo..

I just called the number a few minutes ago. I got some NetZero mailbox. I left a message asking why the price was so low and please call me back.
I also doubt I will hear anything back.

I never said that a demo car would sell for this low, I was just correcting the post about a cls 55 would never be a demo. I have seen cls 55's, sl 600's, cl 55 etc used as demos by dealers. I guess I should have elaborated that this is definetaly a scam.

I was bored while waiting for my wifeeee to get ready to go out here in South Beach. It's always a 2 hour ordeal. I emailed and got the same response. I did not open the file but responded to the email with "where is the car?". I'll keep you posted
