2006 cls55 amg 2008 GL550 2011 audi R8 V10
got my new cls55 today
Well I traded in a '05 cts-v for a '06 cls55.
its blk with tan int. all options except distronic!
got 10k off sticker.... will post pics later
hope this one doesn't have the "issues" my caddy had-LOL

not really, the cts-v was a Big step down from my previous car. I was feeling patriotic when it bought it, but the problems i had were numerous and after 15k miles it was showing its poor build quality fast!
My parents, although old now, have driven MB for decades. I was back home visting last winter and I drove my mom's E430 (1998) with 80k on the speedo. I was amazed at how nice it drove still!!!!!!!!!! My father has just bought a new s550 (82yrs old), he still works 7 days a week-LOL he was in town last week to look over our latest real estate deal/purchase and commented on how aweful the caddy drove
so it got me thinking. I'll try a amg for a change as i have been a loyal BMW guy for a while.
I have a buddy with a M5 (e60) and he let me drive it... it was not too my tastes but then again I just turned 40 so i think I'm mellowing a bit and the cls55 fit the right blend of bling/speed/lux/comfort right now!!!
I'm very happy. as long as I don't have problems with the car.

ahhhhh shaaaaaaadaaaap! tired of you people bragging "i got my new cls55"!!! hahahaha jk... Been waiting almost 2 weeks for the dealers to deliver mine and everytime i see a post like this, it drives me crazy!

yup... i want to zaino the car 1st then take abunch of pics. I put all my car pics in a separate album so i can show my grandkids someday "look what grampa used to drive-LOL
Who knows maybe one of my past cars will be like the shelby cars of the '60's are now! Plus i love nostalgia.
