CLS55 K4 Pic's with C6Z06
Some member have asked for new pics with new rims and lip. I have also have add a new brother a Yellow C6 Z06. This thing is a monster, huge fun factor. This week it's going in for a tune, header and intake, this should bring to 500RWHP, it will be dyno'd before and after.
The CLS has K4 ECU Tuning, Kleemann Pulley, Kleemann Headers, Larger Throttle body, Kleemann Camshaft, LSD, and Kleemann Lowering Module. It Dyno'd at 600 crank Hp, this week it will go on a dynojet to get RWHP.

is that the carlsson front spoiler lip you have on? by the way, nice car... but can you lose the front license plate?

I would love to lose the front plate, but the dealer had it drilled in before I even bought it. I was able to stop the chevy dealer, since I ordered the car, and deal was contigent on that they don't add the front place. The engine look stock, but I will try get one up for you. Thanks guys

I haven't raced against each other, I have been lookin for a track day, to take rhme both out. With the mods the cls is a mid 11 car, stock the vette is also abot mid 11's so it should be close, but my butt dyno feels the vette is quicker. Also once I modded the vette I believe it's no contest,
I will probably get wheel evently, and leave the stocker for track only.

Cost me $325 (which was later reimbursed by the out of state dealer) to plug and paint the holes in the front bumper for the plate holder. You cannot tell it was ever drilled. Even the clear coat was perfectly matched.
Looks for local bumper repair companies that do mobile work.

Ya hit up the new jersey meet in july.
There is Englishtown raceway in old bridge,nj and there is new egypt raceway also.

The fastest CLS that I have heard of is a 11.95 @ 120mph car. If you can pull a mid 11sec time, my hat is off to you. Also, the ZO6 is an 11 sec car if you drive the shiit out of it but the couple of times I've seen them run, the drivers could not break into the 11s. Get to the track and post some times.

thanks for your comments, I live near Giant Stadium, I am going to ATCO and setup a track day sometime soon. I am dying to get on the track again. And it is the Carlsson Front Lip that is on.

The CLS your referring to is mine. I was at the Capital track day, and that was my first time on a track, so I was a newbie, the guys at the track ie Derek -dje55, said with better tire (I had stock tires) and more practice I shoud be mid 11's. After watching him drive and that 11.3 (60ft 1.61, my was 1.96)on his K2 car. I should have let him drive my car. With his experience, and his launch I believe he would at least gotten a 11.6. I was trapping all day between 120-122 I think he trapped at 123. I need to work on my launches. I do believe my car make the power, it's about knowing how to control that power. IE. Derek's dad drove his car and hit 11.9 and Derek was hitting 11.3 same car different driver, I believe driver makes a BIG difference. I need more track time. I will let you guy know if I set up a track day at ATCO, Thanks again
