Any recomendations? I have 42lbs in them now but not only does it seem high I am getting considerable vibration on all but the smoothest of roads. Haven't had them rebalanced just yet but that might be the next step.

Sounds about right, my Brabus wheels call for 44 up front and 46 in the rear. If your getting vibration I would suggest balancing again.

i know i thought i had a lot of vibration when i bought the cls.... but its just a characteristic of the 19's. my last wheels were 18's... and I bet the 20's have even more feeling on the road than the 19's.

bigger wheels, you always feel more with that said if your geting vibration at higher speed then you need to have them balanced. I jus had mine done after 8,000 miles and boy what difference car rode like it did strait out of the dealer.
I don't remeber how often you should have your tires balanced but people always seem to forget this important step in ride comfort.

Understood, all of my cars have + size wheels and tires i just never noticed the vibrations and assumed it to be a balancing issue. Thanks for the imput.

Kevin, what size tires did you have on the Brabus? I'm running 245/30/20 f, 285/25/20 r and Pirelli rep told me add 2 psi. from the original tire recommendation so I have it all around at 37psi. I tried 44 but it was too rough and bumpy.Originally Posted by Kevin M.

Basic rule of thumb is an increase of 2 psi for every inch increment. Might be a balancing problem. Did you hit a pothole?
