I dont like the idea of the sports package car getting a grill star and a reg C a hood star.

^ agreed. looks nothing like the CLS to me.

actually looks like a E90 3-series with a Merc front.

i'm sure it'll look nice in person though. can't wait to see it. =)

This is very exciting actually, I really believe that if it doesn't deliver MB will lose the market to BMW. I have to admit that the new 3-Series is an awesome deal. MB only stands a chance on style at this point which I believe is locked in judging from the brochure.

So they had to break the rules (heritage) again and put the grill star on a sedan to compete with bmw?? This is strange to me....I guess its not a big deal but MB is just really exploting the brand lately in many ways....still it looks OK I guess.
