So sorry to see that, to bad he didn't use the Raise button... sad 
Is the bumper completely ruined? or did he just bottom it out and the clips broke off? If you can salvage that factory bumper without repainting it that would be your best bet. No body shop can duplicate the special paint process that comes from the factory.

A small part of the bumper broke so it will have to be replaced. I am going to install a clear bra on the new one. Hopefully that will hide and differences in the paint. It's the local dealer's body shop so hopefully it will come out ok. With regards to the Raise button- I was thinking the same exact thing.

wow that freaking sucks, I would of took delivery of the car also. Iridium silver is a hard color to match 90% of the time you will be able to see the difference.
I read something about it here on this board,, topic was something like what is the best color to pick. I myself have obsidion black an even worse color to match, if the dealer would of messed up I would make them discount the car because now it has been damaged!!!
