cls63 brake squeal

The TSB doesn't mention any mileage limitation. So if your brakes are not severly worn out, you should be able to get the dealer to approve your brake change whether you have 5,000 miles or 20,000 miles.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
My CLS 63's brakes would squeal so loud that I couldnt drive with the windows down. It was embarrasing! Well, just yesterday I dropped it off in the morning and it was dony by the afternoon. The dealer didnt replace the pads, but instead put some kind of lubrication on the pads. This completly stopped the squeal, but I will see how long it lasts for.
By the way, my car has 6280 miles on it, so it is fairly new.
I drove 50 feet and it squeals and i told the SA he heard them himself and said there isnt anything they could do. Now its squealing at every single stop
What the hell am i supposed to do?

The question is: How does the Owner contact MBUSA directly about the brake squeal and their TSB? The Dealer is of no help.
Other MB models, typically high performance , AMG's have fixed calipers that inherently squeal under light pedal pressure. Sounds like a city bus stopping.
That makes no sense that you would make someone pay for a brake Job at 11,000 mile mark when u know its a know problem
They told me it would cost me 755.00 parts and labor
The SA at Euromotors told me that he can not believe that they would have brush me off like that or give me the runaround like that, especially after they heard it squeak and knowing that it a DTB for it. These are 100K + cars not a Kia. No offense to you Kia owners!
