Dyno of my 2006 CLS55
This is my first post - so go easy on me
I'm using a VRP pulley and Evosport stage 1 programming. All I can say is WOW!
After saying that - has anyone ever got the message "ESP Malfunction, visit workshop", after the installation?
I've done the battery disconnect - no change.
Thanks

Maybe see if the tuner can pull some codes for you?

CLS 55 AMG, 2002 Chevy Avalanche (w/ NOS) :D
They do seem a little on the low side for ecu and pulley. I dynoed at 425RWHP / 495RWTQ W/ just the VRP Intake.. Did u have a baseline dyno.

Also I am yet to see true 40 to 50hp gains from a ECU tune and pulley. Do you have any dyno of a before and after showing these gains?

It was on a Mustang Dynamometer. There are baseline numbers on the chart - 392 Hp and 416 Tq. I guess these are a little on the low side, but I'm glad theres a good improvement. Still worth the money - I'm still getting the ESP Malfunction - mostly when it spins the wheels at 100 km/h. I'm wondering if its got something to do with the -10 deg. temp and making more power then the transmission ECU is expecting.
p.s. I hope this appears as a reply...

Yes - with or without ESP. I have since found out from powerchips - that its a 2006 issue and they do have a fix, so Monday I'll be sending my ECU back for a re flash. Should have some results Wed.

You are a 2006 model though and there has been talk about these models not working (getting worse) results with tune from older models. I belive Vadim or Adam are the people you need to talk to
