Does anyone have this problem with the command system?
Hi,
this is the second time for my CLS is past 5 month. The Command system turn on and shut off and cannot stay on at all. This is the second time already. the first time i bring the car to dealer and they told me that my battery cannot recharge so it automatically disable my command system. They replace an new battery for me to solve the problem. Now it happen again, just wondering does anyone on the forum have this problem before and how they solve the problem? thanx

1. Update your profile so users know which CLS and which model you are referring to. You may want to update your location as well.
2. For my 07 cls63, haven't noticed anything of the like.
sounds like your dealer did a textbook fix, which obviously didn't solve it. Yet again, your location would help.

Its happened to me- A few times. Usually in hot weather and alot of driving.
I fixed it myself by playing w/ some of the fuses in the trunk. I believe it was fuse 40 for the command system. Hope this helps. I hated that issue more than anything.

i did all my service in Penske at west covina. i know 1 of the tech there his name is Serg he also did the lowering for my car. i purcahse the car from Cal Star Mercedes is becasue the price they offer is pretty good ( $72000 ) out the door with MB CPO 100000 warranty on that car so i think i should be worry free. Anyone have any problem with Cal Star Mercedes?
