We finally are settled in to our new 6000 sq. ft. facility. We've been under construction for almost 3 months. The warehouse was a brand new unit with basically no walls, just concrete so we had a ton of work to do:

What our new facility means to our customers:

• Faster turnaround as we are now in full control of our product from start to finish.

• Better quality control, with our full in house finishing department we can control the quality of our finishing, and make sure everything is 100%. We don't focus on production line fast turnaround, but rather individual attention to detail on every part.

• In house carbon fiber department means no 3 month wait for our CF Forged carbon fiber wheels. Now that we have taken the process in house we can complete the process in only 1 week after the centers are machined.

• In house wheel repair and refinishing, you can change your finish or send us a damaged wheel for full warranty covered labor instead of sending your wheels to a body shop or other wheel refinishing type company and voiding your warranty.

Here's my office mid way through - with the walls up and stained concrete floors:

Here it is all finished:

Here's one of the other offices where our secretary and sales / production team work:

Looks Fantastic

You are on the right track Jordan, well deserved.

Lovin the brown suede and matching carpet.

The in house wheel repair sounds great.

Thanks alot guys! Glad you likey
It's a great place to work - and we're all thankful that during these times we can keep progressing. It's def. not easy! We're really trying to set up for a huge 2009 - new wheels, new services, and new systems so the new facility had to be done.

And for those who commented on the profit margin, it's not as high as you would expect with our wheels, as they cost alot to make, but good quality and customer service go a long way : )
