filling license plate holes
I just had them filled with 375" Nylon plugs from Home Depot (about $0.50 for a pack of 2).

Sand them with 2000 sandpaper, 3 coats of matching metallic paint or touch up paint from MB, follow with 2-3 coats of acrylic lacquer sealer.

In my case, the 375 plugs just fit perfectly snug, but some people report having to drill the hole slightly larger to accommodate the plug, YMMV. Just make sure the hole is not too big. The result is great, it looks factory (or as factory as could be). It kinda blends in with the parktronic sensors.

Total cost about $8 including the the plugs, paint and sealer.

but my suggestions are either go to http://bumperplugs.com/ (they are $25) or take the car to a body shop and have em filled/painted (you will probably spend more @ body shop....bumperplugs are nice because they are small/less visible and they kinda look like park sensors...but i dont want 6 or 4 of em on my car...idk what procedure they do at body shop to fix em...i dont have any experience in that
