You have already asked if the car rubs here in this thread did you forget?. No you cant return the car back to stock unless you remove the unit.

Looking for CLS55 AMG
this is a cute argument between you two.
on a side note how is the adjustability with it. If i wanted to lower it 4 inches at a show or a meet i could and raise it back up to stock ride height without too much trouble!

Earlier in this thread, someone who had links and then ELM comments on the difference in ride comfort. If this is true, the extra coin for the ELM might be worth it.

damn, this is an old thread, I dont even think the OP is on this forum anymore... hehe.
anyways, What about those who lowered via STAR?
if you lower via STAR, when you hit the Raise button, does it go back to stock height?
Do the different sport modes have different heights like the ELM's?
When driving on the hwy does the car still lower?

C-tronic
I went with the c-tronic , put in myself no-problems , It will slam the car as low as u want to go , Remember sport 1 & 2 lower the car too . Plug & play no cutting into the wiring harness . It also doesn't really raise the suspension when driving it just compensates for the road conditions like the airmatic is suppose. purchased from Kennedy Performance , their great with tech help .

I installed the c tronic model#31001001 for an 06 cls500 w219 as directed in the manual with lowest setting 30mm front and 25mm rear. Everything appears to be working great but I noticed when I turn engine off the car raises back to stock height. When I turn on ignition car lowers to set height it is suppose to. I thought when car is turned off it is suppose to sit low at all times? Sometimes the car will stay in low height when car engine off and parked. Is this normal? Is this an older model and the newer ones sit low when engine shut off? I have the pins open/on up for 30mm front/25mm rear as directed and for car type cls united states pin 9 closed/off down and pins 10-12 open/on up. And I have pins 7 and 8 closed off. Please any advice greatly appreciated.

I just picked up the C tronic for my cls 55 AMG and it doesn't look plug and play to me. I got all sorts of wires that need to be plugged here and there. I'm obviously missing the white bridge connector that makes this a plug and play. Anyone know where can I get the bridge connector that makes this a simple install. The reason I purchased the carlsson is because I wanted to pop it in and go. I'll try Kennedy Performance above in the morning but if I can't get the bridge, this unit will be sitting in my closet for the next decade! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
