Hey everyone, im a bit new to the forum, but just wanted to share in my joy. Just picked up a CLS55, black on black, loaded minus the distronic. I was going to start with a lowering modue + rims, but I kinda like the 2 piece rims it came with. Suggestions on best bang for the buck first few mods? (Yes, I know, search, but im feeling lazy!!) My camera sucks, better pics are coming!

Nice ride! Congratulations and welcome to the forum. There is sooo much information available, it's kind of daunting on where to begin. As far as mods go, first thing you should think about is a Sprint Booster. There are a million threads on the pro's and con's. Buy one and you have 30 days to see if you like it or not. My guess is you'll love it.
Next think about what type of ECU and TU you want. There are quite a few companies out there for you to choose. Kleeman, Renntech, LETT, etc etc. Decide how much horsepower and torque you want to increase and start searching. Most of the ECU mods run between $1000 up to about $3500. I did a tune on my old M and what a difference. My neighbor completed a Renntech ECU tune on his SL55 and what a difference. Hope this helps and keep us posted on what you decide to do...

yeah looks like you have the 2 piece wheels from the 030 amg performance package. Do you have alcantara on the steering wheel? Congrats in the new car.

Congrats, I'm still in love with the CLS55 after 3 years of driving! It's a great option to the CL65 I picked up earlier this year
