I have read this entire thread, and based on our experience, you should be able to get very close to 500WHP without much of what you are planning in parts and expense.

My thoughts have always been if you want a 10 second car build one that runs 9's if you want a 500whp car build one that makes 550whp

I was thinking of similar mods but in reading about the headers and thinking of some of the exhaust work I have performed on my bikes I think better breathing in and out are the best ways to start..... a little more fuel in and and an easier way out generally makes a big difference on a stock vehicle.
After watching this forum for some time my general approach would be a pulley, new map and an exhaust. This should easily give another 60+ at the rear wheels.
Let us know what you decide on Full Throttle.... and good luck.

I was thinking of similar mods but in reading about the headers and thinking of some of the exhaust work I have performed on my bikes I think better breathing in and out are the best ways to start..... a little more fuel in and and an easier way out generally makes a big difference on a stock vehicle.

We are working out details now. Im getting the last few parts together for the trip up to Eurocharged.
Final check list is
Eurocharged stage 3
Dyno Comp LT headers.
Kleemann cams.
Carbonio carbon fiber box and intakes.
LSD.
3" mid section with x-pipe and removable cats.
Meisterschaft Exhaust.
Final check list is

Thats some really good information im not willing to pay over $2000 for just sound if my stock exhaust is just as good. Also i would hate to have to modify a $2000 air box to make a $3000 throttle body work. I may just skip the air box and do the throttle body what do you think?
Those sound like my words, i decided to treat my car this Xmas.
Also to follow up regarding the Carbonio Airbox, it comes with an adapter plate for larger than stock throttle bodys. Paul at Carbonio explained that the air box will work with the EC 82mm throttle body.

but for now like you said either LT header option should be stellar. Your engine bay has inspired me when the blower swaps is released i hope to be the first one back to EC.

Greg offered to dyno before and after as part of the package. Some vendors wont ship some of the parts directly to Eurocharged so i have to wait until the last few parts get here then its off to Eurocharged. Mid next week if im lucky. Kleemann is closed until Monday so the cams wont go out until then.
