CLS AMG DIffuser
If they would keep the forum updated on the project there might be some of us who might jump on board. They should be almost finished. I might be interested in one of the open spots.

I got it in on Monday 4/25 for another test fit. The guys who have put money on it have the pics of it on my car. I will not post any more pics until I get the final product.

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
I'm going to keep an eye on this thread, as I'm also looking to get a rear diffuser for my CLS.
If it looks good enough, I'm in, but I'll probably be charged more than the initial group who waited this long.
From the prototype pics, it seems each fin is coming down too far. This is what I don't like about the Renntech diffuser.
I like MCD's C class diffuser where the fins are short, they don't come down too far away from the car. Perfect look for the CLS.

Oh come on, that picture you posted of the one with dry wall screws! What did you expect! I look at it this way, they made like 2300 CLS55s, by the time this diffuser is ready, 300 will have been totalled in crashes, 500 will be pure high mileage beaters, so that leaves 1500 that may be intrested in this thing when it comes out in 2015.
