Newbie question here.. how do these tunes get done for folks who don't live in the Chicago or Houston area? Do you have local dealers in the Washington DC area?

You have a few options. You can send in the ecu. You can purchase a remote tuning cable for $100. We then use your laptop with wireless remote in and tune the car on a prescheduled appt. time. Or you can purchase a eurotuner ($450) and flash the car at your convenienve.

And everyone...

we have had an enormous response to this sale. PM's are filling daily and we are swamped with emails. If anyone doesn't get a response right away we are working as fast as possible to answer all questions.

In the rare chance that we experience website problems on friday with the coupon use, just place the order and write black friday in the comments section. We process all CC on the backend manually and will charge appropriately.

Is there a reason why there is a $25 shipping charge for ordering a tune? I am trying to order the remote tune option which doesn't require any parts to be shipped..

I ran into the same problem. I just paid the $$ for shipping and then noted that I would like the $20 credited towards the cable for remote tuning.

we will fix it on the backend post order. We process everything manually. There shouldn't be that large of a shipping cost for the cable. (unless your out of country)

Guess my car can't be tuned remotely, so needs to have the ECU removed and shipped, which I'm not comfortable with, so had to cancel my order.. Really bummed about it too!
