Matte Gunmetal CLS55 photoshoot
Hello, this is my CLS55. Its wrapped in satin gunmetal by VFUSA. It was completed in 2 weeks for SEMA.
Prior Design front bumper. Black series rear bumper. Rohana RC10 in 20x10fr and 20x11rr. Carlsson lowering module. Brushed Alum interior. C63 AMG steering wheel swap. Custom exhaust by Variant Factory w/ CLS63 AMG tips.
Sorry resized pics but they are still pretty big...

You can get one on ebay. I've seen them on there since early this year but was hesitant for a while and just decided to get one. I ordered mine 2 weeks week ago. Quality and fitment isn't the greatest but any competent body shop can work with it and make it better. Here is a link to one..

2006 CLS55 AMG Sold 2010 E550 Coupe totaled by mechanic, '13 SL550 I totaled it, 2017 SL63 current
Looks great but unfinished to me..Why black out the trunk piece but not the window trim and grill? Why leave the red tails when smoking them would tie it in to the overall look? Looks insane regardless..color is awesome..wheels are dope..love the body kit

Thks for the positive feedback.
I agree w/ Griza, window chrome and grill will be blacked out...I liked the contrast with the chrome on the grill but the window chrome stands out too much.
Ill post pics of the interior facelift when i those get them uploaded...I may ditch the carlsson module and go with links...I want to go a inch or so lower. Are links plus lowering module possible???

It looks really SWEET and I agree black out all the trimming . I really love the front end NICE , Oh dont care for square exhaust ... Badm

looks great...very unique...you can really see the deep concave of those Rohana wheels and I love the small details on the car like the LEDs in the headlights and the w218 style exhausts

OK,,That car looks sick, real sick. Nice job, BUT, I find myself stairing at Hyperion's posts longer for some reason, maybe due to those big beautiful things bouncing nonstop...lol

Well done I love the mods, just curious how much lower is the front bumper in comparison to stock? Also what did the quad exhaust tips come off of and were they easily installed or did you have to do any welding to adapt from stock placement?

Front bumper is maybe an inch or less lower than stock. Exhaust tips are aftermarket welded and placement is close to AMG quad tip setup...Not worth it in my opinion though. Had to put a bit of work into the tips just to get the sound right. There is alot of R&D MB puts into these cars even down to the tuning of the exhaust tips... I would get factory ones if they are available. Unfortunately, dealer cost is outragious.

After good 45 min of staring i think i found what im looking for...
Im not 100% sure il get same front and rear but that that color, my god its good. Is painted to a sticker? "Satin gunmetal" ?
I was hoping to do the roof-panel and rear-diffucer in Carbon-fiber look. Also planning to CF the interior fake-woods.
How did you swap the steering-wheel, or more like how do the buttons function? The driving-computer is one of those "old things" in a CLS55 and if there was a way to replace the whole thing for newer one, say one off W204 C-class id be happy. Or just use all the buttons on the wheel to make going thru the menus a bit more logical/easier.
