My CLS55 - not everyones cup of tea:)

Hey guys - not on here too much but thought I'd share my build. I was going for a euro/gangster style build, but with some speed and power added. Its coming together nicely. I love this car!

Picked up the car about 6 months ago, one owner and 65000 miles. Cool color combo I thought, blue with tan (black opal metallic technically) since I am not a fan of the normal colors.

Couple days later, since I own Rotiform Wheels I tossed some 19" cast wheels on it.

Then I got my Prior Design PD600 kit on the way from Germany and then went over to see my buddies at Benzworks for a tune/pulley/long tube headers and a lowering module. Good peeps there - go see them for all and any work.

These things make some mega power and sound so mean

PD600 kit came in!

Lowering module installed - Hi Serge, Hi Nick, HI Paris!

Raw "WRW" model wheel parts fresh off the mill for a quick test fit.

with the wheels on after finishing. I also got a full header back custom system built at Magnaflow headquarters and couldn't be happier. Along with the Benzworks headers it sounds like I'm in a cup car on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway. Amazing.

Spacers in the rear would look sick but you can't tuck then

wheels are 10.5" and 12"
@djrabbi agreed about going a little more on the rear but I can drive it completely aired out of I want. Wasn't going for too much of a pokey look.

@AndreNY I always like your cars

Thanks Man I cannot believe the CLS swallows a 12" wheel like that out back i guess fitting a 13" wheel is completely doable then

I'm probably in the minority that like the Roto wheels better, but that's because I like cars that are fast and driveable. It also kind of had a " maybe it's a special edition from the factory" look to it that I like as well with the Prior kit.

But congrats on your project, the black opal looks awesome on the CLS body!

Love the W219 body and the color combo.
I prefer the Rotiform wheels and I am not a big fan of how low it is. It is a Mercedes not a japanese import.
If you love it, that is what matters
