what size lug bolts with wheel spacers.
using 20mm spacer for rears, does 12x1.5 Lug Bolt Thread Length: 60 mm , sound right?
5mm up front 12x1.5 Lug Bolt Thread Length: 30? 35 mm ??
conical seat for all 4 sides correct?

Conical or ball seating? Check with your current wheel set.
The front with 5mm spacers, you're fine at either 30mm or 35mm.
The rear with 60mm length is recommended with 20+ spaces.
I'm running the same.

60mm thread length and 84 - 90mm over all.
is the thread size m12 or m14. i was under the impression that m12x1.5 was older Mercedes and newer m14 1.5?

what size wheels do you have? I just got a set of carlsson 1/11 BE EVO's and I was running the r14, it didn't look correct, so I got a set of r12's off ebay. Just want to make sure mine is close to what you have.

Thanks for the prompt response. I just got the ebay bolts to see if it fits better. However im not so sure these are ball seat wheels. I look at the ball seats after mounting and it has scuffs around the ball as though there is an edge where the ball sits. In other words it gives me the impression the ball is not sitting flush to the seat. Di you experience the same with your wheels?
