Renntech CLS 63 AMG Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers

I got the new CLS 63 AMG W219 Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers from Renntech.
Anyone has been interested in it, feel free to leave me a message.

Designed and engineered in house specifically for the CLS 63 W219, our long tube headers feature high quality, tri-metal, 200 cell sport catalytic cells and are ceramic coated to reduce heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.
The headers are the perfect complement to our sound and performance exhaust and increase performance an additional +20 HP and +20 LB-FT.

It was made like this.
Renntech at that time responded me that it is because of the fitting onto the car.
I haven't set it on the car, so I was not able to check if it is for fitting by myself though.
I carefully assume that this product might need to be made like this.

Wow can't believe renntech can charge that much and then deliver headers that are in that condition.

I agree. A $4000 header should not need to be mangled to fit in the car. Precision in manufacturing eliminates this. Their jigs need work if they can't duplicate fine fitment repeatedly. If larger primaries are fit by crushing the pipe you are offsetting any benefit of the larger diameter. Are you selling your personal set or are you a distributor of their product?

Well, the retail price for this header was over $7000 when I made a purchase.
One of my customers ordered it, but just flew away without saying anything so it left in our shop unused for a while.
And for the condition, yeah, it seems that it got smashed and I was little concerned why it is hammered looking.
They said it is made like that and the welding and coating are good as other products from them.

Well, he didn't even show up to check up the product.
It was my mistake that I did not take any deposit from him though.
And for the condition and performance of this product, Renntech guaranteed me so I have nothing left to say.
