Is it a stretch to say your wife hates the garage? Or did you have to "pay" her hush money in davance?...lol

Nice cars and garage man! Congrats! Im thinking of getting rims too, are you going to do chrome? My 2 choices right now are the HRE's or Maidos. Can you tell me what you used/and where to get the garage looking like that?

Thanks!

Hey guys,

I'm actually not going with chrome - I'm doing HRE 845's in brushed centers with polished lips. The garage floor is commercial grade vinyl tile. I'm very happy with the look!

Sorry Redline...

I just spoke with Peter Lee at Wheel Experts in Houston and he confirmed what was previoulsy posted that your CLS 55 wheels will stick out too much on my E55! Too bad. I think they would have looked *****en! I may try to find some Titan Grey SL65 wheels instead despite their weight... We'll see.

Robert,

Here is a link for some Mercedes wall art, http://www.drivewerks.com/catalog/sh...TBN-detail.htm and http://www.allposters.com/gallery.as...tpage%2Easp%3F.

Seems as if there is not much available for the newer Mercedes models. Has anyone a link for newer models?

Sauerkraut, can you get me some close up pictures of that Carlsson car from the rear? Is it wearing the 20 x 11 inch rear wheels and the 305 25 20 tires? Thanks!

Duane, thanks dude! When do you get your car?

Here's a W211 with the CLS wheels without any issues.

You just need to swap the tires with a 245/35-19 and 275/30-19, preferably Michelin PS2's.

That looks absolutely fantastic. And ditto the PS2s...I have them on my 540 and they're fabulous tires.

the rear fitment looks REALLY aggressive, like it sticks almost out of the fender....but looks good though. I'd have to look at it from more angles to tell if it work on a lowered car.

Thanks Flaw. The garage came out sweet. I'm very happy with the layout. Here's a couple more pics. As soon as I get the sidemarkers painted I'll post details.

Those Kleeman wheels look SICK! What size tire are they running on the rear? Can't wait for my HRE's to come in

Hello Redlinerobert,

here is the requested close-up of Carlsson 1/12 Ultralight, 20'x11 for CLS. By the way, it's a forged wheel analog to well-known wheel 1/16 Ultralight.

I heard it will be available in April 2005.

Ciao!
