Thanks for the picture Sauerkraut. No offense but I don't care much for the wheels either guys, I just wanted to see if the 305's were "tucked in" to the fender or if they stuck out. I've ordered these wheels from Peter Lee at Wheel Experts. Polished lip with brushed centers in a 20" fitment.

Hey Redline, could you, or someone else with access to a CLS55 take a photo of the tail light lit up, brakes on, and brakes off. Im modeling one on the computer, and would love to know how the lights light up. I cant find any references of its tail lights lit up. I know there are LEDs at the top. Is that all that lights up? Is the rest of the tail light a reflector? Any help is appreciated!

Silvervision bulbs front and back
HRE 845r's.

Has anyone done the 20" wheels on this car yet? I may go that route instead of 19"s. Any suggestions would be great.
20" HRE's are the way to go!!!

Those are all way cool, but I'm partial to HRE's. This will be a long 6 weeks.

Just ordered a set of painted side markers from Evosport.com. I had them on my CLK a couple years ago and they do a great job. Pictures to follow!

how did you order your sidemarkers so fast from evosport. I checked their website and its not on it. Did you order it for your CLS-C219 or for your C4S?

Flaw,

I called them and spoke to Mike. They will have the painted sidemarkers to me in 3 weeks. The item isn't listed on their website just yet.

Having dealt with Evosport on my CLK, they put out a great product and it's just easier for me to have them do it than to have someone local do it.
