12' C63 P31, 06' Supercharged Range, 08' BMW 550i
Thoughts... these wheels on 05 C55 AMG
I'm thinking about putting these wheels on my 05 AMG. I photoshoped them on... they are 19-inch Asanti AF128 wheels. Please let me know your thoughts... thanks guys!

LOL... Thanks for your input guys! Very entertaining! They do look bling blink in the picture, but I don't think they would really look like that. What if they had a silver mesh, with the polished lip?

What other rims would you suggest?

those are my favorite wheels! many will tell you those cannot fit b/c of the brakes, even HRE will tell you that, but it is not true. contact wheel experts, they know what to order, plus good prices!

I dont know who you spoke to at HRE, but anyone there will usally say they can be made to fit perfect just like any other HRE wheel.

Dragon AMG,

I guess I'm the only one that likes it. I've been researching for months even considering DPE, HRE..., but finally just order the Asanti AF123 for my CL500 today. The are silver and polished lip. My ride to me is more of a luxury not as sporty and think they look very good. They are similar to HRE etc.. To be honest...I just sold my M3 and got this Mercedes and just joined this forum..seem like people taste of rims in this forum are all the same. BMW forum have a lot of variety of people with various taste. Different is good. If you decide to get those...pm me some pics.

Will do... I'm definitely getting rims (just not sure which ones). Send me an email/offer at jhjunk@aximgroup.com. The wheels/tires have 1,800 miles on them. I just bought the car a couple months ago.

As a basis for comparison, I bought mine (wheels and tires) from a forum member who swapped out his wheels as soon as he got the C55 home from the dealership (basically brand new) for $1,500.
