Wheelboutique the thief!!!

I don't want to take long to explain this thing, so here is my short story, hopefully. I ordered LM6 through wheelboutique but I canceled it after 2hrs. The guy already charged me $4000 and told me it will be credited back to my account in 10 businessday. I ask for confirmation number, then he answers with temper, "hey, there is no confirmation number and your order has been canceled, man!" omg... MAN??? is that how they talk to their customers if the customer changes his mind to cancel the order? I called them after 2weeks, but no help. It's been a month since I canceled it but still nothing. Wheelboutique the thief. So I just called my credit company to dispute this charge. Just as MK speed mentioned his story, I'm really hating those wheel companies that try to sound nice first and become irresponsible and rude to customers after.

dhan83-
I personally know the owners and employess of Wheels Boutique and trust me.....they are NOT THIEFS. I have bought several (7) sets of HRE wheels and they always give me great prices and service. Be patient, if they said they credited your credit card, they did.

I would like to think that way, too. But the reality is they are not crediting my account for more than a month. It's not like $20 it's $4000. I would be more patient if I actually received the wheels and decide to return them. May be, they give good service to those who actually bought wheels from them.

I would be annoyed too after a month...That is ample time to credit your card back $4000.

I know, I was just being funny. I'm moving back to Houston (after about 9 years) next week. I'll take some pics of my "new" car when I get there. Yes, I've had it for the last 6 weeks, but it's been waiting in storage for me in Houston. It didn't seem like good economics to ship it out to Florida when I already have a car here. Funny, with the C55, I just won't be so sad to see the NSX go (just don't let me think too hard about the plans I had for the NSX).

I would like to think that way too. In reality, they have not credited my account for more than a month. I would be more patient if I actually received the wheels and decided to return them. Maybe they only give good service to customers who have already bought wheels from them.
