Well,
My ordeal is finally over, hopefully. I had recently bought a used C32 from a dealership.

I decided to return the vehicle after many internal battles in my head. Work took me to the town where I purchased this vehicle. I went to see the general manager today.
If you guys are not aware MB is running a lease special on 05 C55's. $679/mo, $4474 out of pocket, 10k a year for 39 months with a money factor of .00125. This is for a $57500 car with lighting and premium package.

I was able to get a 05 C55 Blk/Blk with lighting/premium/Nav for $695/mo with 5k total out of pocket and $12k mi. a year and my 3% sales tax rolled in. I am pretty happy but doubt I will get my car untill after the holiday weekend as they have to get it from another dealership, prep it, and then ship to me.
Pics will come when I get it. Thats if I can stop drving it long enough to take pictures!!!

That's a great money factor ~ to a 3.00% APR.
I was able to obtain a 3.99% APR streched 72 months on a purchase. My monthly payment is $698.

hey..i just bought a brand new C55 yesterday (monday) and i didn't even notice this incentive. I'm stuck paying $1078 a month for it and its so expensive, is there anyway i can talk to my dealer and get it changed to this incentive?
