Stock Rotor Life
How many miles is anyone getting on the stock C32 front rotors? Anyone rebuild their stock front calipers yet?

i'm at 42k miles. I'm told I need to replace the rotor lolz. haven't done it.

Rotors can last a amazing long time if you use the brakes properly and bed in all your pads.

Steve,

Mine have 25k miles on them now with 4 track events(tortured at SOW) and they should be good for at least another 10k or more. Been to SOW lately? I balled up the CRX just after I was in the 1:32's.

I just replaced mine at 15K. When I replaced my front brakes. I was afraid that when I replace the brake pads and not the rotors that I might get a squeaking noise problem. Wanted to avoid that, so replaced the whole thing together.

rotors generally last for at least 2 sets of brake pads.

seems to be a set just over every 20,000kms !!!

now i drive hard... but i dont think "THAT" hard... for heaven sake i have ORIG Brake Pads/Rotors on my 1989 Porsche w/ +40,000 kms and several track events.

I also noticed my upper strut mounts seem to be done... anyone else experience this...
